CCRF

FUNDING RELIEF AND FOSTERING HOPE

Brief

Children’s Cancer Research Fund has hired me on several occasions to supplement their in-house creative team. Beyond the virtue of CCRF’s work is their incredible talent to tell the stories of both tragedy and triumph surrounding childhood cancer. To be invited to help them on any project is nothing short of an honor every time.

The bulk of my work with CCRF has involved the delicate balance of speaking to cancer research with optimism while also respecting the devastation that comes with a cancer diagnosis. On each project I’ve worked on for CCRF I strive to walk this line and create something fun but not overly lighthearted.

Strategy

All my work with CCRF so far has been focused on messaging specifically targeted at potential donors and fundraising campaigns. This has included different forms of print advertising, event identity systems and conceptual environnmental graphics.

Execution

The Love___Hate Cancer campaign was a concept CCRF approached me with. The idea was to create an event identity that could act as brand vehicle for both CCRF and any one of their corporate partners who wanted to co-host a fundraising event. The identity elements would need to cover the full range of event material.
