BIT OF A PET PROJECT

During the peak of the Covid pandemic Chandler launched a side project with the goal of diversifying our product offering. The retail business was struggling and the design team needed a creative outlet almost as bad as the company needed a fall-back solution to dipping revenue.

Brief

After thorough research we decided to take a stab at pet products. Millennials and Gen Z, at least at the time, were more prone to pet adoption then having children. We decided this small slice of surviving retail might be just the jump start our creative minds needed.

Strategy

Given the circumstances of global lockdown we decided to focus on a strong social media campaign through instagram. Our initial product line of small pet goods perfectly suited an online store where we could ship goods straight to the customer.
